im a fully qaulified scaff with 12yrs exsperience in total i have an IPAF licence and willing to work anywere that supplies diggs! if you can help pls call me on 079541780579.

you should try some of the agencies paying the best money they normally wont pay digs but they will pay you through an umbrella company meaning you can clain all your travel expenses, food allowance and digs . what they do is take it off your tax so u end up paying very little tax and take home nearly all your hourly rate so for example if you were getting paid 14.50 an hour say u would probably take 13 an hour home so on 50 hours it would be £650 i no its not the best when your working away but it does pay the bills hope this helps

Perhaps BetterTax could help with this one:idea: Do you have to wait to the end of the year to claim back your digs and expenses incurred from working away from home while still having to pay your mortgage or rent on your permanent residence. If your working on a self employed basis with these agencies do you pay your own NI contributions a week and then at the end of the year do you pay your tax on what youve earnt ? minus expenses incurred for working away.
