anybody got any tips on where to get a decent pair of overalls, preferably similar to the ones that you get at lyndons.also after a decent harness, looked around online but most seem to be those cheap ones that dig into you.

Try redwing website....or related products thru an eBay search...also the new miller revolution model harness looks the ticket,,,, our employers have ordered us a couple to try out.

Overals aint cheap.
I recommend FR (fire retardent) ones, so you can use on any site.

Gooooooooooooooooooogle search: Workman Overals = 1000's of hits.

Send phil181 a PM. He may be able to get you a pair exactly like the ones you get at Lyndons.;)

Any one got any preference for safety harness for management or supervisors?
Occasionally we may have to leave the safety of the office and actually get on site. Wouldn't want to be caught going through a rack without one.

Quality harnesses

Hi,

My advice on harnesses as follows. A truly quality harness will cost a user between £150-£250. Don't be fooled by all these companies gimmicks on stretchy parts and bold colours.
The range I would suggest would be capital safety, see their exofit products.
Anyone who has ever bought one of these never goes back to a cheap harness.
This is your life and you can choose how you look after it.
If you need a reference to a company who will do good deals I maybe able to help.
