Morning chaps.

Here's one to put the cat amongst the pigeons....

What would you expect production to be on a HAKI stair tower, as in how many lifts would you expect to be erected per day, working 3 handed with the advanced guardrail tools and getting kit up on wheel and rope.

Interested as to what everyone thinks.

Never worked with haki but cud haki not tell u what's expected for their system

If you've got to walk the gear up the stairs it takes ages. If you can rope it up and you've got men that are experienced its alot quicker.
Id like to think that a good 3 man gang could complete one lift with the gear being pulled up on the rope, 3rd to 6th lift, 40 mins each. 7th and above 60 mins +. Don't forget to alow time for any ties and hand rail and toe boards on each entrance to the scaffolding.

if anyone started telling me how long exactly to the minute it should take to erect anything id kick them in the meat n 2 veg

thats not the question jiggers. :eek:h: personally I wouldnt have a clue, as never used haki. come on jigs, gis a clue, how long??

F@ckin hate haki, Lyndon's system of choice. I especially hate those cheese graters.

Right lads, must not have worded it reyt.

How much HAKI STAIRCASE, would you expect to erect in a day, i know how much i'd expect, and how much i could erect, i'm just curious as to how much anyone else would think they could do. Interested to know what amounts different people think are possible then i can stack that up against what i think, get a middle range to help get a sensible amount erected for pricing purposes.

i thought this might have been a help to everyone, but hay ho, lets just go back to slagging all the jobs off and calling each other names!!!

Whatever you think you can do, I can do it faster. ;)
I also know someone who can build the world's tallest hanging haki staircase.:laugh:

What a bunch of non committal pussy ,
The answer is simple finish the job ,
If it's to big for one day find a point you can complete to ,
And carry on the next day ,
3 handed should complete a 12m staircase in a day ,
Unless they wear rigger boots and orange boiler suits then it's more like ,
Unload the lorry for day one

Don't you just love a Haki staircase when you go to put the stairs in and one of the landings doesn't match up with the stairs 👎🏻😡😡😡😡

had the pleasure of working with the peri up staircase at the start of the year.
Cracking system and also light as feck,BUT if you dont get it perfectly Square at the base then nothing fits.NO USE FOR THE HASH BASH MOB which i found out to my dettrement.
BEFORE ANYBODY ELSE CHIPS THEIR OAR IN:eek:

Well to honest lads we have used stair treads the type you fix with 2 doubles up until last year ,
And what a feeking nightmare they are ,
This year we invested in haki and believe me it's the way forward ,
3 handed we would have a good days graft with 6m of the old stair treads now it's ,
12m with ease ,
So it's haki for me lads

Wud u invest in haki universal system as well as stair system or do u plan to stick with tube Phil

We have a couple of the old haki roofs which we bought this year and iam very impressed with them as well Derry,
But I think it will take a lot for me to move from tube and fitting as its all I have ever used and there isn't anything you can't do with it ,
Although I was over at Trads yard last week and they are promoting a new system and have mock ups erected in the yard , and it goes look like good stuff

happyhuge they peri up stairs are handy and look great when finished but as you say you need to measure/level the base over and over or it simply does not go in up the top haha nightmare
