Think i have said this before but, there were a lad at one company i worked at and he put a breeze block under the front standard of a loading bay.

He is more comonly known as breeze block Dave now.
 
i'd go nuts if i saw that, why on earth would you put a base plate on it, its metal on metal for gods sake. Guess there's amateurs round here too.

What is the minimum size of a sole pad built from a turd?:laugh:

Dependent on the texture of the said turd ,
Length of exposure of the turd & too what elements?
Obviously which way the grain runs in the turd,
The origin of the said turd .. Ie from what creature and what type of food stuff it had consumed to make the said turd ..
Don't be be fooled by the strength of peanuts on a imposed load !sweetcorn are just as strong in these conditions .
