Offshore Scaffolding in Norway

If anyone has worked offshore in Norway could you tell me if wooden boards are used ? or do they have to be steel. And does anyone know what the NORSK scaffolding standards are.

they use both mate. And there standards are similar to what we have here . google stillas

they use aluminium planks and scaffolding on all statoil/hydro rigs , safety standards are at bit extreme lots of safety meetings - job when its pissing outside:cheesy:
