well said that man i tried to explain this to a few on a blue book rate that it is a union agreement so pay your ******* subs .why should i they said. i explained it this way. do you agree with foreigners getting our benifits when they havent paid in there reply was no. i said its the same fuking thin with this agreement if you dont pay in you shouldnt be taking out and what is £13 a month when its getting you an extra 600 a month took 3 weeks to get threw to them and not with out a kick up the arse of mention dropping the rates. 4 of them round 1 lad that was in the union when he was on the phone to them .but theres been a few others in the brew room joined an all so all in all good going

To all none union scaffolders who work on union agreement sties onshore, or offshore then it only takes one hours work a month to protect your family and keep our workforce safe so you go home as safe as you arrived
Its not always about money in our line of work .
We put our life at risk every day so stop and think about your conditions and protect your family

I didnt no that firms can work in uk continental shelf without signing up to the oca.and it seems that there are more and more every year this includes at least one oil company that I no off.i think this is a bad road to be going round
