nuclear clearance

You need a sponsor first mate i.e. an employer currently working on a nuclear site

I'm starting on a fracking job in March.they drill 2 miles down then you go down the hole and put an 8x5 tower 1 lift for the pipe to sit one.nuclear is old news and it makes you balls go green ( see the Simpsons).

u need a scotish disclosure first mate. 25 pound. Easy to get go on i pad putin scot dis then subbmit that to the company u want to start with. Best of luck mate.

as mick says 25 on line then when you receive paperwork you pass on to employer with passport driveing licence utility bill then the employer passes on to nuclear client for checks then you get start date for nuclear trainning. The next day you start then 2 weeks later your called for you vetting with a station employer to check your life history.sounds complex but its not. If the disclosure is not activated within 6 months its not valid and you ave to paye another 25 quid.so make sure you get disclosure activated with employer

Is it getting worse, or is it just me?

I just got the disclosure, contacted cape to send out forms, filled in the forms and sent them back to cape, they emailed me a week later with all my clearance details, was a lot easier than people make it out to be
