:Been on the phone all weekend trying to get a job having no joy finally got my nvq part 2 after no one excepting my ecitb any more.Really pissed off as im in a job but want to go and get more experiance behind me hence the what you know rather who you know.So my question is are scaffs generally clikey or is it because scaffs usually work in pairs rather than gangs,advice is needed thanks

I would say it's the same whatever your trade, it's always who you know that get there first but perseverance will get you where you want to be and hard work will keep you there. Good luck with the search.
