Anyone know of any supervisor/foreman jobs, in Northampton area. Been with my firm 12.5 yrs and think its time for change, as been training lads for 10years, which basically means doing 2 mans work a day everyday for 1 persons pay, got advanced ticket, HGV, IPAF, confined space and supervisors card. Still want to do the spinners but wouldn't mind looking for another role within the industry!
