non conductive scaffolding

A client has asked for a scaffold being non conductive. Am I right in thinking that there are only system tower type options available. There are obstructions etc below the area needing scaffold and not sure if a system tower would surfice. Also how could you tie scaffold in if there are no windows to go through and no room for buttress, I would have thought that all available ties are conductive?

George Roberts sell GRP tube, I doubt if the conductive ties would matter if they are fixed to non conductive material.
But if that's what they want ask GR what's available.

Sounds like you'll need a design on this?if so just let your designer have the headache,can you not just earth job as scaff suggested?the ties wont matter if its earthed anyway.
