All rite lads new to this .got on to this through a mate .not much cop with computers but this site is astound idea .if anyone has got any tips on getting a start inspecting I would be really grateful .getting plenty of work on the tools but finding it hard to get contacts on the inspection side.cheers lads.

You will more than likely require an "Advanced Inspection Card" to gain work as an inspector along with your CISRS Advanced card

Simian who are sponsers on the board employ scaffold inspectors, as do some of the larger building Companies including the New house sector.Though with the downturn in work it may be difficult to find full time work inspecting

Good point, how did we manage before Simian proclaimed themselves the industry leaders.
I now understand why all scaffolds collapsed because they had no drawings, scaffolders fell every day because they did not have a step to fit advanced guardrails, I couldnt put a scaffold round my cock because I have no NVQ and scaffolders were proper working men.
