New regs 2014

Can anyone shed any light on any new regs coming into effect in 2014? Heard few rumours but can't find anything online!!

There was some info on here earlier in the year.
It was mainly that ladders will be banned and all scaffolds will have to have a staircase, rope and wheels banned and that only advanced scaffolders will be allowed offshore and must be paid 7 pound an hour more than basics.

Is there somewhere online that I can find this info!!

Obviously not in "the click" but am a legitimate company ie vat registered,full public and employee liability,operators licence etc. All staff fully qualified etc etc

Have not heard anything concrete.

How are us company's that aren't NASC registered etc supposed to prepare for forthcoming changes???
