Rates all increased today!

We are still looking for more men.

Scaffolders must have current CISRS registration and ticket. Drivers preferred but not essential. All levels required from Labourers to Advanced. Formal CITB apprenticeships offered.

Permanent, ongoing large projects in all areas of London and the Home Counties. New build and refurbishment. Long term contracts in Erith, Brentford, Park Royal, Alperton, Basildon, Watford and lots more.

Good target day rates and top rates of pay for good scaffolders. Reliability and flexibility essential.

We are NOT an agency and all scaffolders are employed full time. Once established for a couple of months vans can be provided.

No digs organised or paid for.

We will not post rates on the forum so please don't ask. If you are interested, give us a call, tell us what you can do, and you will be paid the correct money based on your experience and ability.

Well I am genuinely sorry if you have not been dealt with correctly. I don't take the calls personally, but have talked to our key managers today and they have assured me they respond to all suitable enquiries. The phone is manned this weekend and we need lots of men. So please do try again.

So put them fukin up then for the hard working risk taking blokes that are not only trying to feed their kids but yours also....

what are you worried about

paying two blokes on the same site doing the same job two different rates creates conflict.....

Conflict ultimately affects Productivity....

What is wrong with you people !!!!!!
 
We have Advanced Scaffolders on £140, £150 and more. Some earn over £200 a day on target, but it all depends on what they can do.

Conflict is also caused when two blokes are earning the same money, and one of them gets to site early, works hard and produces twice the footage of the other.

that's not conflict that's called bad management,just as another bloke would have put their rates up straight away it took decent management of your tardiness and lazyness (by moi :D)to bring you back into line :D
 
I'll have a job £300 a day please, I can smash up handrail, toe boards and brick guards. You've had my number since January hope to hear from you soon !!
 
I knows a bloke who as rung them take your details and never get back
