New Naeci pay raise

I dont work on a blue book site but I am hearing that lots of sites are unhappy as the lads have had there bonus cut is there any info on here?

The new agreement was that 30p of the fixed bonus was removed and put onto the hourly rate in addition to the hourly rate rise, the lads will be better off as they will earn the OT on the 30p, not that it's a massive amount but every little helps. Hope this helps
