seems anywhere we go now we are putting more money in than we are taking out, i have all my health and safety both onshore and offshore so why do these greedy bas** **ds feel the need to make us pay more.

I honestly think they make it up as they go along, some guy on bonus for thinking up sh!te that can return a good pay day.

Fair enough if you are all up to date with the latest changes to the CDM regs, but if not this could be a good route for some to get into management.

yes i suppose it could help, does anyone know the structure of course as citb dont go into detail....anyone done this course before ? i may do it in future if it is desirable to have , i mean it will leave me a ££££££ out of pocket with flights and hotels etc.
