Hi, I'm a new member, looking to attract 1 or 2 top notch scaffolders down under to New Zealand.
we already have one decent bloke working for us from Nottingham. if you can handle working with another Pom and a few Maoris then I need to hear from you. just email me at Gavin@orangescaff.co.nz
cheers

Welcome
Hope you are paying a good rate for the top notch scaffolders!! The rate that have been offered for New Zealand before on this forum have been a bit low to say the least.

yeah, probably not as much as Abu Dhabi, still, it's relative to costs of living etc. I take your point though. however, factor in lifestyle and your on a winner for sure.
cheers

Most British scaffolders are heading out to work in Algeria at the moment mate. It's where the smart money is.

Good luck anyway.

cheers
we'll probably only attract scaffys who want to move out here. there is a definite shortage of Qualified boys at the moment.

Girls say 'scaffys' mate.

Can we just stick with the standard 'scaffs' or 'scaffolders'

Thanks.

rates vary of course but top guys will get about $30 per hr.
perks are, we drink cold beer down here, there's more on the menu than fish and chips, and I bought the boys a boat so they can go fishing after work. ( we're only 2ks from the water)

cheers,

FYI - mainland UK is a small island surrounded by water.

Oh yeah, and champions league games aren't on at 06.45, either.

Apart from that you're spot-on.

cheers,

Can I have a Feewawee too?

in certain dark corners of the country I believe there's a resurgence in Pakeha served with KFC because it's tastier than Puha.
