scaffolder looking for labourer/scaffolder for work in and around nottingham. Must have own car as my ex labourer smashed my car
 
I'm looking for trainee/ labouring work are there digs paid plus have transport

What are digs paid. Or when should i say. Are you asking for free accommodation? I think Empire Scaffolding might still be hiring in Notts.
 
I can't think of anywhere else at the moment. Still confused what it is you want. Hope you get it though

"Digs paid" is when a company pays for your accommodation such as a bed and breakfast, hotel or shared house.

This is not to be confused with "cock lodging" which is when a local woman supplies you with free accommodation in exchange for a few shags and a few quid for the bingo.

Hahaha! Made my morning. Okay. Wow. Companies can be very accommodating. Does it then come out of your paycheck?


Sniper - Why are you looking for work in Notts specifically if you don't live there? Not the greatest city. Not many prospects either if you're not working for the government. Pick somewhere more fun :)
 
I'm looking for a second man n been offered plenty of work but it's in lester n Derby n can't get their without a driver and that's why I'm looking for a second man to join the squad

Oh. Get a bus to derby. But Leicester... yeah transport. Urm train? Then claim expenses?
 
Yes. I am. It's not hard. I know someone who did the bus to Derby from Nottingham as a scaffolder. Its a 20 minute bus ride. For grafters, you'd think you might do more. If you needed it asap you'd think to just do what you can and keep looking at the same time.

But as said before. Hope someone joins you Sniper. I only know of one scaff in Nottingham so I'm not much help. Also, hope you get your car fixed soon. How's your boss going to crash your car... annoying.
 
Many Moons Ago it was a common Practice to Bus it to Work mind you it was when they had female clippies you could chat up & have a ciggy during the journey.
