Hey there, am unfortunately having to give up the job I love because I need a double hip replacement. So am open for any suggestions to help keep me doing this job in some capacity.
I am a part 2 experienced scaffolder, I have 15 years experience of both working on the street and also on the Forth rail bridge so any help or advice is much appreciated.

Thanks

there is always the design route!

Thanks to both replies, in the office side of it i would be more than happy to do this. Even the estimating side would be good, But would I need to go to college for any of it? That's me showing my naivity now

The company can train you on the estimating side and it will not take long if you can usea laptop / what about the safety man side of things
But good luck

But do remember, scaff's wanting to come into the office are few and far between, so I think your experience will help you

 And all of you remember :
If you have any difficulties with reading or writing, tell your manager.
They employ you for your scaffolding skills and not to be an author
They will help you overcome these problems:idea:

Good luck mate
