right lads i know i swore i wouldnt do the hours again but had a day in the studios rigging doing a commercial for honda which went well ive been told by the master rigger that he would take me on with him but need ipaf, complete part 2 and drivers licence

im looking for the hours in ideally central london bit out of touch im looking for projects/firms all except battersea :laugh: im gonna have a ring round my mates tmrw but would love your input too thanks boys

how you gonna get a license ipaf and pt 2 working them hours bobby?? Good luck to ya. Fancy going to the next England match,looking at picking up a few tckts. If you can find the time lol.
 
Battersea power station mate, fookin great job. One break a day, get whipped for the other 9 hours, and plenty of orange overalled, rigger booted northerners to chat with while on said break - that's if you can get a word in edgeways as they keep telling you they are only at battersea as they are waiting for *bifab/offshore/a job in africa/a job in nigeria/a power station on the moon, to start! (*please delete as applicable) ;-)

ive got a couple of mates down on that battersea and yes gunslinger you are correct as they are indeed waiting on BiFab to man up again.
Can you do me a favour and find out if the job in nigeria is paying DIGGS,everytime i try to phone they are too busy getting whipped;)

it wasnt daz it was a studio in park royal quite big as i goes, but the bloke i was with is quite connected as with all freelance work he did say to complete the nvq 2 FIRST as he can get me in the studios as a scaffolder which would be great ie for films etc met a few contacts yesterday very friendly the ppl were to me, they have work in all the main studios

I was talking to a contact who is high up in the NASC the other day. Apparently the power station job on the moon is light years away from kicking off.
 
Good luck 2 u bobby- u gotta invest in ur own future m8,ope it all works well.i did a short stint in pinewood myself really good crack , but like most gucci jobs its difficult to break into unless youve got familiy or contacts allready there.
 
yep certainly not wrong mate im gonna knock everything on the head prob till xmas will be the most miserable basterd in scaffolding but will b worth it :) thanks again daz
