THE boss of a scaffolding firm will run 100 marathons in 100 days to remember a colleague who died of stomach cancer.

Matthew Loddy, 46, managing director of Framework Scaffolding Contractors in Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted, will run from Lagos in Portugal to London, beginning on Saturday, January 14.

His journey is in memory of his former planning manager Phil Latham, who died aged 36 in April last year after a two-year battle against cancer.
