A quick one. (thats what she said!)

Anyway...
Who would you say are the MOST important or necessary people working for a Scaffolding Firm?, not including the Scaffs..??

The Estimator?
The Yard Staff?
The Credit Controllers?
The Supervision?
or, does each role play their respective parts??

I think that logistics is massively important to a Firm and poorly run yard can cost lots to a Scaffolding company, an unnecessary cost too, if you ask me.
Decent yard, transport system = huge savings and time. imho.

Then again, you have crap Credit Controllers in place and you'll forever be chasing money owed. Late payments = Firm goes under.

Each role plays a part, but can a Firm not do without??

Quite a tricky one if you think of it. :)

They all important Jason,as you can remember at black frairs we all had to work together to get a productive shift.yes logistical nightmare with boats in span closed times and track possession time.

the brown envelope that brings in the graft never got a mention;)
but i have to admit that the NASC and CISRS emblem on all paperwork and transport has got to play a massive part in any REAL scaffolding company:eek:

This is a no brainer, the credit controller by a country mile. A firm could run without all of the other's but cash is king.;)

Gotta agree with aom.....u can last without prettymuch any of the others ....but u lose ur cash flow ur going down
