Man_suffers_potentially_life_threatening_injuries_ after_falling_from_scaffolding

It is possible that it's unrelated, however, I'm quite sure that the hse won't have to spend too long investigating this one. The lack of guardrails on the lifts must go some way to explaining this one.

Hopefully, this guy makes a full and swift recovery and the only cost will be financial.

Hope the guy makes a full recovery.....but watching the vid, they make the effort to put double standards at the end so the can span the garage, and yet they put a sway brace straight through the bay.....lol

Just had our site inspected by HSE no hand rails on first two lifts did not say anything 20 plots scaffolded only questioned the poor condition of a few of the boards being used for toe boards. I live near the accident other than no hand rails on the lower lifts was a very good and neat scaffold. Just shows how easy accidents can happen even if wearing a harness

SCAFFTAG garages not used for car end one empty
