Man injured as couch falls from scaffolding in London

Apparently, the forthcoming SG4:16 guidelines will stipulate that all three piece suites utilised at height should be tethered, thus all but eliminating such unfortunate incidents.

I wonder if the poor chap had the forethought to check down the back of the sofa for loose change before going to hospital.
 
Rented a furnished flat many moons ago result back of settee 3 half crowns, minted 1920s still in coin collection.
 
Years ago I was working on a block of flats in brixham - I wasnt impressed to see tgat the kids had smeared dog poo all over the t&f but even less so when we started striking & a 22"tv set crashlanded a few feet away - just got in the van & went ome - fcuk that wasnt being paid enough lol
