Why, in your opinions, do you become limited?
 
You could actually pay more tax if your not careful. To protect yourself, is one of the few advantages.
 
Watch out for your operators licence... fell into this one after advised by accountant to go ltd but got into loads of **** with vosa.. My sole trader licence was void and had to apply for a new one in ltd name, financial implications massive so be careful!

Didn't think of that! Damn vosa *******
 
i had the same problem with vosa they told me my licence was void coz i went ltd and had to re apply which took 3 months to sort out had to runaround in a transit van
