Lorry to blame for scaffolding collapse

Trust me mate this was far too close to the road,this guy is known for being a daddys rich kid playing at it, glad noone was hurt but this guy wouldnt give a fuk anyway, not normally my thing to comment like this but trust me this guy is a proper cretin to men and the human race ;)
