Lorry driven at house and set alight in Dunsdale

A lorry was repeatedly reversed into a house with four people inside during a "targeted" attack before the vehicle was set on fire.

A girl, four, a 15 year-old-boy and two adults were inside Park House in Dunsdale, near Guisborough, Cleveland Police confirmed.

No-one was injured in the incident, at about 11:45 GMT on Saturday. Another vehicle at the house also caught fire.

The force said there was serious structural damage to the house.

Police want to hear from anyone who saw the white flatback lorry which had "City Scaffolding" written on it with the registration FJ05 WGG written on it in the village.

FFS Teeside, just what sort of people are you hanging around with.

They are.

Haha,no,seriously they are, only last week one put a 10 tonner in a ditch on a private lane, buried it up to the axle, and burned the clutch and flywheel out trying to get out,at the same time the wagon is leaning against a 3ft thick dry stone wall, which he's now loosened 10m of it,which needs taking down and rebuild from the foundation up,also i've got to repair the drainage and the pot holes he dug with the wheels,it cost £400 just to relay the wagon back, and because the solar jobs did'nt get done i lost the contract,i'm feckin scared to total up that day ,but i know it's gonna be several thousand:worried:

I started reading that laughing but finished up feeling your pain Bigfish. I have had similar incidents maybe not to that extent or severity but it's all relative. Scaffs are the worst on the road there is no doubt about it and my suspicion is no matter how well you think you take care of the wagon you will never take as good care unless you own it it's as simple as that. 1 man 1 truck helps as at least you can spot the worst offender.

i agree if a trucks not somebodys its nobodys

Is it not true that scaffs dont take care of anything besides their tools, they are the best in the world for losing hilti guns, sthil saws etc and if they have a company van the thing needs fumigating after 4 weeks, thats if you can still get in it for all the papers, cans and mcdonald cartons splatterd around

Aye, funny that, every time they loose a hilti I manage to pick a cheap one up out the local rag. The problem is someone is marking it the same exact way I am.:suspicious:
