Hello and welcome to the forum James Hopkins,
If youve got 7 Gcse's what the f*ck do want to go into scaffolding for:nuts: you got to go knocking on doors at there yards and talk to the gaffers and show you are keen to learn and want to make a career out of it. be thick skinned cause there will be the pi** take and windups. be prepared to start at the bottom of the ladder,on sh*t money for awhile, learn the sizes of gear and how to handle them, its a long road but when you get there its worth it. Google scaffolding companys in south wales im sure that should throw some out for you, and i expect a couple lads on here will throw some names at you for down there as well.
Good luck in your career choice:cool:
