Inspired Scaffolding based in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire are currently looking for part 2 scaffolders/advanced scaffolders - preferably that can drive HGV/7.5T lorries.

what these don't tell you is,you get 50pound bonus for keep all ppe on,but if your in charge on one there sites and another guy takes some ppe of and gets reported,you lose your bonus,so if got 10guys on that site you need 10pairs eyes,what a stupid idea,god knows who thought that one up.cant see any guys wanted to put up with that sh.t,enough keeping your own gear on let alone looking after others who know the rules.
 
These are a good firm to work for, they train all their lads, usually plenty of overtime to be had. Good set of lads , some I have known and worked with since I started in scaffolding back in 1987.
 
not saying about lads or firm double,but why should your bonus be taken away for others bad habbits mate,apart from that I cant fault them either.
 
Take a step back and think about it Stephen , why should they have to offer a bonus for wearing ppe in the first place. You are not really losing anything in the long run, and they have plenty of work on. Good firms are few and far between I wouldn't let ppe bonus put me off
 
I agree with you double and fred,but I am saying why should you loss out just cos someone else fcuks up or don't want to wear full ppe all day long,thats my only point guys.
yes bonus is good thing,yes good firms are hard to come by,but why the hell should you have to keep eye on everyone else makesure there keeping to the rules.

don't fcuking scaffold if don't want to wear fully ppe simple as that.

plus £13.50 no where good enough not even with the £50 bonus.

Don't know what that means in the East Midlands but I think it may have a different meaning where I come from.:nuts:
