Looking for Risk Assessment & Method statement

Hi guys

not long started my own company and I have secured a contract but the customer wants my risk assessment info and method statement, have looked online but they all seem really complicated wondered if anyone can send me this info or advise on how to do it myself as I need it tomorrow.
