The advise would depend on a lot of factors but without getting your life story I would say the most common way is get a job labouring to scaffs and work your way up.

What you need is a strong back, weak head and be as fit as a butchers dog in the early years anyway, all the other things mentioned in previous posts will come with time, even maybe if your lucky Paddy's impact wrench but be warned, don't turn your back on the c@nt.
