Looking for a good company to work for

Hello there,

I am looking for some decent company that are looking for a grafter with a very good knowledge of system scaffold (Layher). I have gained this experiences mainly in industrial sector like refineries and power plants in Netherlands.

It is true that at the moment I don't have so much experience in tube & fittings but I am whiling to learn that and pay for my own scaff tickets. If there is anybody there who is looking for this type of guy, please PM me. I am whiling to move anywhere in the UK. Thank You.

matt I have been scaffolder for 30yrs mate,never found good f.c.ing company yet,all we are matt is a number that's final bottom line mate.

ask anyone,you can graft your skin of,you"ll still go down the road same as the lazy git beside you,maybe sooner.just saying it as is is matt.

use to work that way yrs ago but not anymore afraid.now the more you lick ar.e you"ll get on and stay longer.you know score mate.
 
That may be true steverobert50 ... but that is so ****** then If there is no such a company out there ... I think that this not apply only for scaff companies but almost all companies ... not good at all ,, where the **** is this world heading ...
 
You seem a little late in the day to be asking for good companies mate, perhaps you will have to do the same as the rest of us, get your ass out there and look. Rely on yourself and your own tenacity and balls.

If giving "it a shot " means that you have appeased your own mind, fair enough, I hope you keep yourself and anyone else that relies on you happy. Otherwise your going to have to do what it takes, ie, put up with rough conditions, until you get the experience that employers want. then you can go for gold
