if i want to do comercial work i need a part2 to scaffolder basicly

1/ is part 2 enuff to do comercial work or is their any extra test or ect

2/ if im a sole trader can i do comercial work if i employed my fixer on a sub

3/ how many people can work under one fixer at once comercial

your better off with an advanced on your books wieather or not his paye or self employed covers ya, when you say commercial do you mean industrial as the way i see commercial is bussinness premisis public sector premises and so on asnd for that i would of said part 2 is fine i may be right of the mark btu oither way marra goood luck all the best

1/Some part 2 scaffolders i know are considerably better than their advanced counterparts

2/Would form a limited company instead of being a sole trader, go see an accountant

3/How many lads are going to form a gang, no matter how many one of them has to be in charge

Fastfix,I thought as a sole trader/selfemployed you can do what you want when client calls.
