Hello everyone,

I've just recently gone out by myself, been scaffolding 12 years but never really took to the business side to it, my biggest worry is quoting jobs because I don't want to price wrong and lose jobs and or make hardly any money on it myself, I'm just a one man band with a truck and small yard so over heads are low but still not sure the strategy business use, do they having a pricing list they go off or is it just a guessing game, I'm based in Hampshire , any info would be appreciated can't find anything on the Internet

To be fair bud, price is what you can do it for...
You have over heads yard transport material hire wages, I price in the 90s...per mtr and height, price per Ton of material on hire loads too and from site, permits, parking, wages no of men...
Daily erecting targets? 30m aday 100m aday
What I would suggest is every job starts £250 pound for yard truck... £10 mtr up to 5m then a further that extra 10 pound every 3m (extra man) or you have to punt your gear up double handling that's non productive..
