i have luxury 2 bed private apt, 10 kin walk ,5 min drive away from harland wolf shipyard. it has own private entrance with intercom, shower, 2 beds but can sleep 3 guys. all white goods, 42" plasma hdi tv. full hi speed wifi broadband, 10000,s tv channels. shower / bathroom. microwave, toaster, etc etc. pay as go gas and electric but you dont need gas or heating as even in winter this place is roasting hot inside . i will tell you digs like this in belfast are not easy to find !!! see attatched pictures.
i suggest anyone coming to this job then please bring a car, lots of guys have been telling me they have to walk in to job with all their kit etc, so bring a car if travelling in a group as boat etc will be handy for you. good luck.

i will let it for £260 a week . deposit of £300 required.
