Hello there everyone
I can see that infamous R.Hurst saga pops back and is alive from time to time.Good.To sum things up for those that dont know about it:i was one of 3 lads that didnt get paid and had to wait several weeks to see my wages being honoured.The reason i went on Scaffolder's Forum and told my story was purely to warn the others of the danger so they can choose if they want to take the risk before xmas.After several conversations with RHL representatives i had serious doubts and no confidence whatsoever that they will pay me.It all felt like delaying tactics.
Scaffolders forum is my world and i belong here more then any business agency.Ideally they would not exist in our industry-but they will.
On the other hand however if someone gets a job through one-that makes me happy...
We can put something back to our community by helping others and SF is perfect platform to network everyone involved in scaffolding.So keep posting those jobs,comments,and what not but remember to do your bit.
For millions of years mankind lived just like the animals
Then something happenend which unleashed the power of our imagination
We learned to talk.KEEP TALKING.
Message to YOU KNOW WHO:good luck in New YEAR and i hope You will continue providing jobs for the lads and improved quality service...and dont forget to hire PR most of the time it looks like you need one.:cheesy:
