Just a bit of advice. D+R are looking for scaffs

If you value your money then stay well away.

Paying £110 part II and u must complete 30m a day whether 1m or 10m high u must complete or you will get knocked lol that'll be 2 of ya's cos they ain't got no blokes...wonder why

Also if u manage to finish a job that don't include 30m run I.e lift shaft, towers, loading bays....let's say u finish at 2:30 and u know you've worked ur ******** off...u still have to ring up and go else where lol

Times 8 till 4 BUT if you have a break (30 mins) then it becomes 4:30

You must complete 8 hrs work

They will always be known as....

I got stuck on there many years ago when the 80s recession kicked in and what a shower they are, was all on price then and the trailer would turn up at 10am and you wouldnt get a penny for it , i was never so glad to leave a firm and would never go back no matter how hard things got.
 
Any decent scaff would steer well clear of these " knockers ", more's the fool anyone entertaining these jokers what with the present work climate .

That's exactly what it was like on the last firm I worked for, Thyssenkrupp Palmers (where I first came across that Grade A feckwit Pat Morgan), total shower of sh1te. It didn't matter how much work you did, even if you did more than they wanted, you had to do the hours....

Seems like D+R are just as useless as they were that 1 hour I worked for them several years ago!

I was on palmers only 3 year ago I had the pleasure of working for pat too lol
 
I worked with pat on silverdells just last year, he was on the tools and seemed ok, think he left and went to tones

No, because in that 1 hour we couldn't do anything due to their incompetence, plus we hadn't officially "joined" them as the supervisor who was supposed to be there for us to fill in all our forms etc didn't turn up. Also, we were still working for another firm, Ramport, but were so fed up with them decided to give D+R a try... We just didn't tell them (Ramport) we'd quit yet, always good to try a few days at another firm before telling the one you're with you've definitely quit! So we just suffered a few more days with Ramport until we found somewhere else better than D+R. Which wasn't hard!
 
That's correct mr b he was on tones as a supervisor and after a week or so realised what a shitter of a firm and rang up brogans for a start and they asked tones for a reference Andy needham chucked him out not even with a bus fair lol

Having said that pat was ok with me and Martyn hurmison on tones is much worse
