Just 3rd day in scaffolding

[Layher Baltic]

Hi, guys,
My name is Viktor, I am from Vilnius, Lithuania. Three days ago I was appointed as General Manager of Layher Baltic, which is Layher subsidary in three Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia). I am engineer mechanic, and last 20 years was involved in CNC business. Three days ago I have very limited knowledge about scaffolding, but now I am on training in Eibensbach and heavily filled with latest information. Training will be finished next week so I will be able participate in forum discussions more active, but now I am mostly reader

My first impressions? I am very positive, my work looks good for me, have a lot of perspectives, ideas, company is strong and products are high quality. Will see how everything will going on.

Thank's guys for welcoming! Some peoples use tubes and fittings in Lithuania, mainly in construction business, especially low volume. But I can say use of tubes/fittings is quiet unusual in Baltic countries.
