Do you think the jobs market for us guys has gone through the roof,
6 months ago there seemed to be 20 scaffs per job,
Now there seems to be 20 jobs per scaff.
Phone calls & texts every day lol
Do you think the same ?
 
Fook yes mm unbeliavable just wished I knew how to scaffold mate lol

Nah seriously tho its the best for years and a year ago they were offering 13-14 per hour now I've seen 18 odd! in a couple of years we"ll all be in the millionaires club (or making the tax man a million) :(
 
Yeah mate it's ******* boomin but sum firms who u think are flat out are dead!!! Especially firms who are paye and should never be out of work!!

Were flat out as well, we cant get the jobs done quick enough. Just wish they would get some decent work again thou.
 
Plenty happening down here, but still too many undercutting at ridiculous rates and buying the work.
 
We are very busy just p me off when some of the customers you looked after when there was not a lot going on start moaning when you can not get there for a few days.
 
There's an advert in the Glasgow jobcentre plus website for scaffs for a new build residential job just outside London. With digs!!!

its to stem the flow of romanians and bulgarians into london, with a bunch of scotch bruisers in tow they would soon fook off!!!! Lol That's THE best move the british goverment could have taken, glad they are finally taking action in regards to immigration

I can see it now ol happy in hyde park by marble arch armed with a 12 year malt and a hang over from the night before having a stand off with 100 gypsy settlers all on his todd. Arise sir happy :laugh::laugh:
 
I Heard About That Advert Yesterday From A Roof Tiler, Him And His Brothers Are Going Darn Sarf In March, They Will Be Earning Good Money, Good On Them.
 
Very good on em ger I respect anyone that's willing to travel away from home prob to support the wife and kids fairplay to em and when "a good job " comes off I'm personally well happy for em

Phoned it coz it's quiet here the now. Was thinking about doin it for a month just til things pick up back up the road.
£15.50 an hour and the digs are in Southampton, jobs in Wokingham (does that sound about right?) Told him thanks but no thanks.

Nah its not pete its miles away its the same as working in oxford street and having digs in norfolk!! Good on yer
 
Southampton to wokingham is 50miles pete, roughly an hour travel. Are they providing the transport to and from site?.
 
There's a car there, the boys have to chip in for the fuel. F@ck it Den. It's a c@nt of a long way to go for a graft.
