sorry mate a knew a few lads that were down there doing the jetty a few years ago but they were geordies.
 
if you look for a story bout a scaffolder being killed falling off scaffold on the forum, im sure there was some jersey lads on that because the fella killed was from there i think
 
I might be wrong but I'm sure it's the isle of Wight the poor fella was from.
 
I worked there for 13 yrs,only went for a 3 wk job.great place to work-
