Invoicing

Hello everyone.
Starting out on my own. Got most things sorted, just need some help with what to put on the quote/invoice as in terms and conditions. Like late payments, 5% a week? Missing boards? When customer should pay before or after job comes down?
If someone could send me some samples that would be really good.

You need to put terms and conditions in your quote not invoice.if you are doing small work keep it simple you may scare them off if there is to much in it
