Can anyone tell me the going rate for a pre use and 7day inspection for example 21ft tower 5 lifts for 8 wks.thanks in advance for any help.

Depends on a lot of factors like the going rate in your particular area and even what other options that the client has if you don't do it. I would be over the 200 mark plus any expenses.

Prices are good, but it's when you have to claim, that you find out how good or bad they are mate, never had to claim, so in all honesty, don't know if they are good or bad if you catch my drift mate.
