Stories like this really sadden me, and makes us all realise that when it's our time,it's our time- after all those years on the tools,to fall on a private sucks, condolances to his friends and familiy.

i surpose this is just another statistic for the NASCs booklet to get the hse to inforce us into their mould, although it is unusual for people to admit accidents do happen in this blame culture
 
I have read the report and I hope the sheriff agrees with me. 30 years experience. I certainly wouldn't class it as tragic.
