Industrial Building Handrail

You're knowledge is required chaps.
Got to price Industrial building and all they want is guardrail around roof with access towers.
Perimeter of building is 280.0m x 20.0m High
As it is cladded there is limited/if any tie solutions. Towers will probably have massive buttress's
Is there a system guard rail that will stay up on the roof as it is also curved?
The cost of full scaffold would be out of the customers consideration.
Any sensible thoughts or links much appreciated.

I know appollo do a tie for fixing to cladding with tex type screws
if that somehow helps

Big cherry picker or man basket on mobile crane, Apollo ties for cladding as Hatterscaff said and radius tube if you want to be really posh.

The problem I have is it's a brand new building and it's the newer type claddding which does'nt have any of the screw fixings showing so drilling into the building using tex screws (we have used them before) is a no no.
As it's for solar panels I'm hoping there is enough room from the panel to the outside of the roof to use a system, has anyone used the generation safeguard system?

I'd tell him there wont be much difference in price if he has a full scaffold to both sides with edge protection over the gables,it's not our job to worry about their purse strings,tight feckers can afford solar but not the scaffold required to fit it,lol
