incinerator in cornwall

hello all got told the other day that a incinerator is being built in cornwall . now done a bit of research and its true they have had the go ahead for it to be built and will be up and running in 2016 . so in my eyes it should be going up anytime now . so my question is where is it going up and who will be the scaffold company that will be doing the scaffold . many thanks lee
 
It's going up in St Dennis and I would imagine LTC or Chris Sedgeman will be doing the scaffolding
