Done a days work for OCTAIN,scaffold company won,t pay them,said I was not there,octain know I was but will not pay
,said they will pay me when I work for them again,which I wont all I want is my money

Already done that,spoke to rep today,funny thing about octain is I worked about 6 weeks for them and they said they only made 40 quid out of me (laughed so much my side's hurt)

Name the scaffold company as well pinhead.
If you turned up for them, then you should be paid and not used in the middle of a dispute while at the same time you are out of pocket.

Whilst I agree you should not be in the middle of the dispute between client and your employer, if you have demonstrated to your employer that you were in attendance and have completed the assigned task you should be paid. That said turning up is not in itself qualification for payment.

The scaffold co. Is d and b,site foreman says I never signed in that day,which I did,he says he 'remembers,what I did that day but not what day it was,OCTAIN know I was there,but just dragged me along and said we don't get paid you don't get paid,knockers

It is fair to assume you did not enter into a paid when paid agreement, a small claims court may be the answer?
