How Much to errect a scaffold

I need to arrange some sort of access to get on top of my roof to carry out some remedial works to my chimney stack,it's a normal two storey mid terrace house, how much would it cost to erect a scaffold about 7-10m high in London??

I would estimate between 600 - 800 from a local

depends if its in the lez or CC areas as well as access for parking (busroute etc) where the stack is located on the roof and the most important cash/invoice but somewhere between £600-1k

Why dont you phone up a few local companies to quote? Were not ogres
Some scaffs are known to be quite pleasant.

If its only a tower you need then and it is no more then 10m high then some where around £500 from a Bona fide firm ,or £300 from a Cowboy with no insurance
Where abouts in London is the Job ?

Can take longer to handrail the chimney stack with toe boards, that putting the ring round and boarding it out.
When I was on price work in London, we used to get paid the tower and the throw in was stood up and added on.
Example 30ft tower + 20ft throw in on ridge = 50ft x pound per rising ft = Labour erect price.
