Heard You Will Need A Middlesbrough Post Code To Get A Start, Lmao!

Are They Paying Diggs????????????

The boro lads are already there, it's Friday tomorrow they're stood at the gate :)

Problem could be that so many lads will think the job is
Perverbail golden egg Start employers could pay *****
money and get away With it if they know there are lines
and lines of lads Waiting at the gate .

Can't see it being blue book straight away as it won't
Be going mechanical for at least the first few years
I have heard rumours that it will be 3/1 week rota
Same as the Shetlands and another laughable one
About the rate being £34 a hr for all trades across
The board 😂😂

I live 40 mins from the point so it would be spot on
For me and I also been told they will be looking to
take at least 60% In local labour which will not be a
Easy task down this way with scaffolders , plenty
Of housing site bashers .
One good point is that the local apple juice down this
Way is second to none so it won't be long before some
areas in Somerset Resembles the Wild West

Personally I think a rotation would be a better way to go than getting a weekend off every month! That way the lads wouldn't end up getting as sick, maybe wouldn't go thru as much labour ?
