Was recommended this site. At least it has people who know what we are talking about and able to help each other out!
I have been working out in the Middle East and Egypt for most of the last 8 years. Just returned to Egypt 7 months ago. Kinda lost touch with whats going on elsewhere.
Be good to find out info on generally anything.
