hi all and here we go again...who'se going to work for the least amount of dosh while the fat cats keep raking it in at our expense and on our backs...yeah got the T-shirt and God knows how many times I've been here before...I thought we were supposed to make more money as time went on not bloody less as time goes by...have spanner won't travel as it would seem that Battersea/Wandsworth is lining up for one helluva lot of work what with the american embassy, re-development of Covent Garden and Battersea Power Station not to mention Chelsea Barracks just on the other side of the river...anyone gets an in give the rest of us poor bastards a heads up...happy new year and happy trails to you all...

Not forgetting the £4 Billion that Land Securities are going to be spending on the Elephant & Castle re-development...
