I,m a JM Scaffolder based out of Vancouver I came across this forum after hearing VancouverLeedsLondonBoy tale of woe. I'd be more than happy to answer any questions relating to scaffolding in Western Canada and yes in Alberta they do know how to build tube.

I been out to Canada a couple of times, but Eastern side, Nova Scotia.
Have a friend who went out from UK to work for a Canadian Company in their scaffolding division, but they mostly use system.
